fall in love with yourself

(and stop beating yourself up)

the self-love sessions: a 12-week guided journey

Self-love isn’t something that happens to you; it’s an experience you create for yourself.

Self-love isn’t something that some people are born with (and others aren’t).

Self-love isn’t dependent on you being a certain way.

Self-love is a choice – a choice you’re free to make in each moment, as soon as you can see how.

Let the self-love sessions show you the way.

You do not have to be perfect to be happy with who you are.

There are probably ideas in your head about who you think you should be that don’t line up with who you really are.

(Fuelled by the ideas floating around in our culture about how we’re supposed to be: nice, responsible, the “good girl” . . . basically perfect in every single way.)

This presumption of perfection is killing us.

The expectations are high.

It’s a lot of pressure.

And it’s no wonder we obsess about everything, constantly comparing ourselves to others, hoping we’ll measure up . . .

. . . which usually leaves us angry and frustrated with ourselves and jealous of others.

This constant inner battle can make it seem like we’re the problem, like we need to change/fix ourselves.

But that just isn’t the truth.

Here’s what I want you to know:

You aren’t defective.

There’s nothing wrong with you.

You don’t have to be someone you’re not.

You don’t need something or someone to complete you (or prove you’re not defective).

You have everything you need to be happy inside you.

You are enough exactly as you are.

You are not alone.

You simply need to see yourself in a new light.

That’s what this journey is designed to help you do.

Meet your guide

Hi! My name is Aili Kuutan.

I’m here to help you fall in love with yourself (and stop beating yourself up).

I’m a writer, coach & Kundalini yoga & meditation teacher. My mission is to help you believe in yourself and be happy with who you are.

I’ll be your guide for this journey. And I promise it’ll be as kind and compassionate as possible.

The source of self-love is within you. You already have everything you need to create that experience for yourself (even if you can’t see it yet).

Despite what you may think, the things you believe about yourself aren’t proof that you’re defective.

And your feelings aren’t a sign that there’s something wrong with you.

You are not the problem here.

The problem is all that shit going on inside your head about how you’re supposed to be anything other than exactly who you are.

I can show you how to use your negative spirals as fuel for personal growth instead of reasons to beat yourself up.

That way, you can stop blaming yourself, diffuse the internal pressure, and start to free up precious mental and emotional energy.

And with practice, you can clear the blocks that get in the way of truly loving yourself.

That’s the work I do as a coach and Kundalini yoga & meditation teacher and what we’ll be doing together in the self-love sessions.
