Here’s how this will work:

The self-love sessions consists of:

  • 12 small group coaching sessions so that you can get the attention you need and connect with others on the same journey
    • We’ll meet via an online video chat room so you can so you can participate from wherever you are in the world
    • Meeting every week for 3 months will give you the opportunity to be in this process long enough to actually change your patterns
    • Small groups (max 4 participants) will allow for an intimate group experience and individual support
  • Guided Kundalini meditation practices to help you release any stale, stagnant or negative emotions, calm your mind, clear some inner space and create more capacity for joy
    • We’ll go over the instructions and practice them during our sessions so you have the opportunity to ask questions
    • You’ll also get guided video and audio recordings so you can practice them on your own
  • Personal growth exercises that we’ll do and discuss during the sessions to help you lessen the noise inside your head and learn how to:
    • Use judgment, comparison, jealousy and fear of judgment as fuel for personal growth (instead of reasons to beat yourself up)
    • Identify why you feel so trapped, as well as exactly what you need to do to set yourself free
    • Start trusting and accepting yourself right now (not later)
    • Deepen your connection with yourself and others
