Bring Your Dreams to Life is a 12-week intimate group experience that shows you how to deal with fear, doubt and overwhelm so that you can become an unstoppable force and go after what you want (even if you don’t know what that is yet).


This is for you if you:
  • Want a life of purpose, passion and fulfilment, but haven’t quite figured out what that would look like or how to make it happen
  • Feel stuck, directionless, or like you’re just going through the motions
  • Have high expectations for yourself, but never seem to get anywhere (or never feel satisfied when you do)
  • Find that negative self-talk often gets in your way

Bring Your Dreams to Life will help you:
  • Stop living by default and start living by design
  • Define success on your own terms and create a plan to achieve it
  • Use fear as fuel and find the courage to step out of your comfort zone
  • Quiet the voice of self-doubt that often keeps you stuck and take action

  • Personal growth as the Kundalini practices and coaching challenge you to step out of your comfort zone both during the sessions and in your everyday life
  • Focus as coaching tools help you get clear on your priorities and take action so that you can start living according to what’s important to you
  • Accountability to keep you on track so you can make your dreams a reality
  • Commitment as you and the other participants see this 6-week program through from beginning to end (it’s a closed group so there’ll be no drop-ins)
  • Support in person each week and by email in between sessions

More importantly, you’ll actually start making your dreams come true (even if you don’t know what they are yet) and get out of your own way.  You’ll learn practices and tools to help you deal with fear, doubt and overwhelm so that you can become an unstoppable force and go after what you want.
Bring Your Dreams to Life will start the week of September 25th.  We’ll meet every week for 12 weeks using online video conferencing and the sessions will be 90 minutes long.  There will be a maximum of 3 people in the group (so 4 people including me).

The sessions will give you the support, focus and accountability you need for personal growth.  Some weeks, I’ll send you something to print out in advance of our sessions that we’ll fill out and talk about during our time together.  Other weeks, we’ll focus on helping you move forward with your goals and deal with any challenges.  Every week will include a Kundalini meditation (or two) designed to support the themes we’ll be covering.

What to expect:

Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and try not to eat heavily for at least an hour beforehand.

Each session will begin and end with a practice drawn from the ancient techniques of Kundalini yoga. Kundalini yoga powerfully combines the full spectrum of yogic tools —  mantra (sound), asana (posture), mudra (hand position), meditation (mindful focus) & pranayama (breathing technique) — to help you achieve a specific result.

The practices we’ll be working with will help you to cultivate clarity, see that more is possible, listen to your inner wisdom, and overcome fear & self-doubt.

In between these practices, a group coaching session will help you change your beliefs and your behaviour so that you can be your most courageous self. You’ll leave each session with tangible action items to help you move forward and transform your world.

No previous yoga or meditation experience is necessary. All levels are welcome.

 

What to bring:

Please wear comfortable, yoga-friendly clothing, and bring a water bottle,
a pen or a pencil, and a notebook to each session. The studio has yoga mats and meditation cushions, or you’re welcome to bring your own.
